  • Technical Support Specialist +

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide reliable technical support for surveying equipment, construction machinery, and precision instruments.
      • Ensure smooth local office operations with basic administrative support.
      • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site.
      • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including user manuals and service reports.
      • Collaborate across teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements.

    Key Requirements:

    • Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
      • Basic proficiency in English; local language skills are a plus.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and in a team.
      • Willing to travel domestically and internationally when needed.

  • Hydrographic Sales Manager/Engineer +

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing current hydrographic distribution channels, exploring the expansion with current or new channels to cover APAC market, making sales promotion & marketing plans, and be the key person to bridge communication on tender projects.

    • Maintaining customer relationship and visiting customer regularly.

    • Making hydrographic business strategies with the sales director and hydrographic consultant, including agreement & implementation, marketing planning for key markets and promotional programs.

    • Setting sales goals for APAC region hydrographic products to increase market share and achieve growth.

    • Assisting and leading sales activities in the distribution channels, including pre-sales, sales & post-sales activities on a monthly basis or specific sales & delivery projects.

    • Identifying and analyzing market trends and customer expectations to manage products effectively for inventory forecasting.

    • Identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; hydrographic consumer’s needs, and investigating competitors to provide hydrographic solutions in Single beam and Multi-beam Echosounder, marine GPS, USV, ADCP, Side scanner sonar etc.

     

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business or Surveying & Mapping is preferred.

    • More than 3 years of sales experience in Geospatial/Geomatics/Civil engineering or relevant industries.

    • Native or bilingual in local language and fluency in English or Chinese.

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills

    • Have driver license

    • Accept local or international business trips for 7-15 days a month.

    • Making plans to identify, select and support distributors to set up a strong sales network.

    • Following up on all sales inquiries, tenders, or projects within budgets and timescales.

    • Identifying market trends to manage products effectively for inventory forecasting.

    • Setting objectives for sales staff and distribution networks.

    • Reporting sales activities and relevant market information to the regional sales managers.

     

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business or Surveying & Mapping is preferred.
