J. W. Chen, President of Hi-Target International Group Limited, and Alberto Ayala Castañeda, CEO of Distribución Topográfica de México S.A. de C.V. (DTM), signed an MOU agreement for the formation of a joint venture strategic partnership today in Mexico.
Through this partnership, Hi-Target International and DTM hope to break ground for the manufacturing facility plant, research and development centre, technology transfer centre, as well as the technical support and service centre. The group has started planning to set up several business divisions such as Machine Control and, System Engineering for Monitoring and System Integration to support the American continent with made in Mexico products.
The research and development centre will encompass joint technologies, along with the research and implementation of the product life cycle for both hardware and software with universities for the American Continent.
“We are excited to be able to embark on this milestone development for the organization, we had already expanded our North America operations in both Arizona and Los Angeles to enhance our distribution channels network in Canada, Central and South America significantly in recent years. This partnership will allow us to produce products in the American continent for the American market. With further developments to grow our machine control, monitoring, lidar and agriculture business unit divisions to be able to better serve our user in this market”, says J.W. Chen, President of Hi-Target International.
