On November 6, a mission comprised of officers from Korea Land and Geospatial InformatiX Corporation (hereinafter referred to as LX Corporation) and KOSECO Co.,Ltd. visited the headquarter of Hi-Target Group and participated in the technical seminar. Liao Dinghai, the chairman of Hi-Target Group, Jerry Bao, the General Manager of Hi-Target Surveying Instrument Co.,Ltd and Jenny Xu, the Vice President of Hi-Target International attended the seminar.
The mission first visited the Hi-Target exhibition hall. Stefan Wei, marketing director of Hi-Target International introduced the development history, industrial layout and core technologies and solutions of Hi-Target.
Subsequently, Mr. Liao gave a warm welcome speech at the seminar. He expressed his thanks for the mission’s kind visit to Hi-Target since January 2017, and reviewed the achievements in the cooperation over the past years. He also wished that both the mission and Hi-Target team can learn and earn from the seminar.
Noh Jinwook, the head of the mission and officer of the LX Corporation, expressed his gratitude for Hi-Target’s hospitality. He said that LX Corporation is already an old user of Hi-Target and the two sides have achieved good results in years of commercial cooperation and technical exchanges. In the future, they hope to further understand the new technologies, new solutions and new ideas of Hi-Target, and are also happy to share the needs of Korean geospatial information industry.
Later, as part of the seminar, valuable and symbolic gifts are exchanged between Mr. Liao and Noh Jinwook, the chief officer of LX Corporation. After the gifts exchange, Jerry Bao shared the development of China’s geospatial information industry, and introduced in detail the reform of the model of industry management after the reorganization of Ministry of Natural Resources of China. He said that the restructuring of the Ministry of Natural Resources is conducive to promoting industry management, industrial development and technological innovation.
Finally, the members of the mission also participated in the outdoor demonstration of the new iRTK5. They were very interested in iRTK5 and experienced it by themselves.
